Mr. Wynn is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and was stationed aboard the USS Francis Hammond DD-1067; originally in Yokosuka Japan, and later at the Naval Station in Long Beach. Mr. Wynn received an honorable discharge in 1990.
While attending college, Mr. Wynn began his career working at Appraisers' Inc. in Downey, CA. He has been working full time as a licensed real estate appraiser since 1992. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser with the knowledge and experience necessary to complete all appraisal assignments effectively, and efficiently. Mr. Wynn provides professional appraisal services for Single Family Homes, 2-4 Units, Condominiums and PUD's, with experience throughout Southern California.
Mr. Wynn is married with two beautiful daughters, and their dog Willy, a West Highland terrier. He enjoys swimming, walking, tennis, traveling, fixing things, riding motorcycles, building computers, and many other activities. It's been said, that "if you love what you do, you'll be successful at it." Mr. Wynn truly enjoys the real estate industry and the work he performs. He attributes part of his success to being able to meet so many new and interesting people, and knowing that he will meet many more.
